FAQ
Do you offer extended etiquette training beyond the 6 and 10 week programs?
-Yes! The Cachet School for Etiquette and Grooming can provide weekly training to support young learners. Extended etiquette programs are ideal as after school programs for any elementary, middle, or high school.

Why isn't a business site/location listed on the website? Where do students have class?
-Cachet offers a convenient mobile service which promotes a learning environment within local restaurants and youth centers. If you would like to host a series of etiquette classes at your home, school, or facility, just give us a call!

What is Cachet's teaching style?
-Students of all ages will learn etiquette and grooming via creative role play, engaging in critical thinking scenarios, and repetition of newly learned skills. All in a fun and encouraging environment with peers.

Do boys and girls take classes together?
-Boys and girls are taught together for grades 1-5. Boys and girls are also taught together for grades 6-8 but separated for grooming modules. Teenage boys and girls enroll in separate programs and do not take classes together.

Can parents sit in on the classes?
-While you may be your child's #1 fan, our policy provides etiquette training in a parent-free zone so that students can feel at ease in a stress free environment.

What is the difference between a class and a workshop?
-A class is taught within a 6 or 10 week etiquette program and limited to 10 students for a boutique learning environment. A workshop does not have a student limit and can be tailored to support the needs of the client. For example, if a Scout leader requested a single module of instruction on the art of a proper thank you note, Cachet would tailor a specific workshop for the client.

Do you offer emergency crash courses in etiquette and grooming for young people?
Absolutely! However, kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice. This service is ideal for the impromptu invitation to a fine dining restaurant or a new college grad's first job interview followed by a formal lunch with the boss - first impressions matter!
