Meet the Founder
Helen S. Lawrence, Ph.D. is a scientist by training and over the years, she learned from experience that manners matter – in any setting. She strongly believes that encouraging positive behavior and good manners within the classroom is especially important as young people listen and communicate more effectively.
As a teen, she received training as a Nefertiti sub-debutante and later as a debutante with a local sorority chapter. She also attended Charm School with the Pearl Jackson School of Modeling in North Carolina.
Dr. Lawrence has served her community as a former volunteer Emergency Medical Technician, Big Sister with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America, and patient care volunteer with Children's Hospital.
She believes young people need every opportunity to succeed. Proper manners, grooming, and a knowledge of proper etiquette helps.

Long-Term Goals & Mission
The mission of Cachet is to train American youth and young adults on the importance of good manners and to equip young people with etiquette skills to navigate any informal and formal setting. This includes the home, classroom, private, and public settings with respectful behavior and communication.
